- Well-defined vision/values on paper (in file/on noticeboard), but in practice dormant and not ‘alive’ within the fabric of the organisation
- Change in culture required to help address business downturn/staleness ; support an organisation redesign
- Fast-growing business which has ‘not had time’ to consciously create a constructive culture and is beginning to reap the consequences (e.g. staff churn, customer fall-out)
Leadership/Team
