How We Work
Again, a similar framework is applied whether at the level of individual, team or organisation.
This focuses on supporting clients to gain awareness of how they are operating and translating this into action (i.e. change in behaviour) to improve their effectiveness.
We follow a simple process flow, whether with individuals, teams and organizations, utilizing one-one-one sessions and group workshops where appropriate:

Understand the situation - diagnose & raise awareness of key opportunities, issues and roadblocks |

Create a sense of purpose and alignment behind bigger picture goals and values, and desired behaviour – at a group and/or individual level |

Open up awareness of where gaps exist between desired and actual behaviour versus defined goals and values |

Align and activate the team behind a simple action plan - translating learnings into improved results.… then keep score and adjust where required. |
Establishing awareness for individuals/groups as to how they are operating, and the impact of this, is a critical foundation step in this process. For this we utilise existing data (e.g. 360 feedback, culture climate surveys, etc )to create a clear picture.
Where possible we also call on proven diagnostic tools from Human Synergistics International, which are designed to provide a systematic framework for the development of individuals/leaders, teams and organisations to improve effectiveness, notably the Lifestyles Inventory (LSI) tool.
